Description
The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for Asphaltic Concrete. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The bidder must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and insurance applicable to perform the service in accordance with the specifications and the requirements listed herein. The contract period is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The bidder must provide a price for the asphaltic concrete, and the price must be firm and not subject to increase during the contract period.
