Work must be completed by August 1, 2026 and must not disrupt normal school operations. Budget estimate

$80,000 – $150,000

Based on typical commercial solar installation costs of $2.5‑$3.5 per watt, a 40 kW system would range roughly from $100,000 to $140,000. Adding engineering, permitting, and contingency could push the upper bound to about $150,000. Therefore, the expected contract value is estimated between $80,000 (minimum if using lower‑cost equipment and streamlined design) and $150,000 (maximum for premium components and extensive documentation).
