RFQ for Miscellaneous Concrete

The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is for Washington County to secure services for a sidewalk replacement in Forest Lake, MN, concrete stair installation in Forest Lake, MN, and a driveway apron replacement in West Lakeland Township, MN. The work shall consist of providing all materials, equipment, labor, and cleanup to complete the work identified per the following specifications. The contractor must comply with the 2025 Edition of the Minnesota Department of Transportation "Standard Specifications for Construction" and other applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a cover letter, responsible contractor form, cost quote, and other required documents. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and maintain a current certificate of insurance throughout the term of the contract. • The contractor must comply with Washington County's standard terms and conditions. • The contractor must not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, or national origin. • The contractor must comply with all safety and security requirements.
