Office Space Renovation – Prevention Division, Fire Headquarters

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a qualified vendor to execute a workspace optimization for the Prevention Division at Fire Rescue Headquarters. This project involves modifying the current office layout to improve functionality and efficiency. The scope of work includes the removal of current movable wall systems, redesign of the interior layout, and installation of new movable walls to create enclosed workspaces and offices. The vendor will be responsible for takedown and reinstall of high v movable wall and repurpose the Prevention conference room movable wall, install High Series 225 movable walls, and other related tasks. The City's responsibilities include providing a point of contact and assisting with planning, strategy, and objectives prior to performance of the work. • The project has a maximum contract completion time of 60 days. • The vendor must meet minimum qualifications, including having been in the business of providing movable walls for at least 15 years. • The vendor will be required to furnish all bonds as indicated in the solicitation, if applicable. • The City reserves the right to reject any solicitation response that does not comply with all material and substantive terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the solicitation.
