Description
The Gordon County School Nutrition Program is seeking sealed proposals for multiple school nutrition equipment items, including cold pass thrus, hot pass thrus, convection ovens, combi ovens, fryers, and milk boxes. The selected vendor(s) will provide products in accordance with the standard terms and conditions, special terms and conditions, and the RFP. The contract may be extended up to three months at the same proposal pricing, and may be renewed by mutual agreement of both parties in written form.
• The equipment items to be provided include 4 cold pass thrus, 3 hot pass thrus, 3 double stack convection ovens, 1 double stack combi oven, 2 single combi ovens, 1 fryer, and 5 milk boxes.
• The contract will commence and terminate on the dates shown on the Request for Proposal Timeline for School Year 2026.
• The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to accept any part of a proposal without accepting the whole thereof.
