GLASGOW AVENUE SIDEWALKS (Hyacinth Ave – Perkins Rd) CPP 24-EN-HC-0026

The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge is seeking bids for the construction of sidewalks on Glasgow Avenue, from Hyacinth Avenue to Perkins Road. The project includes grading, earthwork, concrete sidewalks, drainage structures, and associated items of work. The bid opening will be held on August 18th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Local Time. • The project requires a minimum of 10% participation from Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (SEDBE). • Bidders must comply with the State Licensing Law for Contractors and hold an active license in the classification of Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. • The bid documents are available on Central Bidding, and electronic bids may be submitted through the same platform. • A certified check or cashier's check, payable to the Parish of East Baton Rouge, or a satisfactory bid bond, shall be submitted with each bid.
