Description
The Fayette County Board of Education is seeking bids for A La Carte Beverages for the School Nutrition Program. The contract will commence on August 8, 2026, and terminate on June 30, 2027. The selected vendor will provide products in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions, Special Terms and Conditions, and the IFB. The SFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof.
• The bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and received by the SFA no later than August 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET.
• The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with the IFB number and title.
• The bid must include an Excel electronic copy on a flash drive and a paper copy of the bid Quote Sheet, along with any alternate or required information.
• Late bids will not be accepted.
• The SFA will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s) meeting all terms, conditions, and specifications of the IFB.
