OPM USA HIRE II Support Services Request for Information

The General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting market research on behalf of the United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for the USA HIRE II Support Services. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information from industry partners regarding their capabilities to perform as the prime contractor for this requirement. The Government is seeking a contractor to provide support services for the USA HIRE II program, which includes the procurement of labor, other direct costs, and travel within the Contiguous United States. The contract is expected to be awarded on a combination Time and Materials (T&M) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, with a period of performance of 12 months (base) and 7 years (optional).
