Description
The Teague Independent School District is seeking a Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMAR) for the November 2026 Bond Projects, which include the construction of a new elementary expansion with a multi-purpose room and a new varsity gym. The CMAR will work with an architect to develop a bond proposal and provide pre-construction services, including budgeting and design assistance. The selected CMAR will be responsible for managing the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The district is looking for a CMAR with experience in educational construction projects and a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
