Description
The West Virginia Department of Agriculture is seeking a vendor to provide Thermo King Transport Refrigeration Unit Maintenance and Repair services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for successive one-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide maintenance and repair services for a list of specified transport refrigeration units, including Thermo King units. The vendor must have experience working on Thermo King units and must provide a certification for working on these units. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest total cost for the services.
• The vendor must provide hourly labor rates and parts costs for the maintenance and repair services.
• The vendor must maintain a supply of replacement parts for the refrigeration equipment.
• The vendor must provide a warranty for all labor and parts used in the maintenance and repair services.
• The vendor must have a contract manager available to address any customer service or other issues related to the contract.
