Bridge Lighting and Camera Inspections

The Pulaski County is seeking proposals for bridge lighting and camera inspections. The proposal should include all aspects of the bid carefully to assure clear understanding. A mandatory pre-bid conference and walkthrough will be held on February 4, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. starting at Two Rivers Bridge and ending at the Big Dam Bridge. The company must comply with Pulaski County Ordinance 15-OR-25, prohibiting discrimination on the basis of various factors. The proposal must be signed by an authorized officer of the company. • The company must provide goods and services to the county in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the RFP. • The company must include a similar provision in all contracts or agreements with sub-grantees, sub-contractors, successors, transferees, and/or assignees requiring compliance with Pulaski County Ordinance 15-OR-25. • The company must provide records of such contracts or agreements with sub-grantees, sub-contractors, successors, transferees, and/or assignees to Pulaski County upon request. • The proposal must be received by the Pulaski County Purchasing Department on or before the specified date and time.
