Ubiquiti Security Camera, Network Equipment, and Supporting Hardware Installation

The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office is soliciting qualified vendors to design, install, configure, test, and commission a complete Ubiquiti IP security‑camera and network system at three remote radio‑communication sites. The work includes mounting 7‑9 cameras per site (21‑27 total), installing racks, switches, network video recorders, cellular WAN fail‑over devices, temperature/humidity sensors, conduit, cabling, power, and all associated hardware, plus weather‑proofing, labeling, and site cleanup. The contractor must use Owner‑provided equipment, perform full system integration, and ensure operational readiness within a one‑year contract term. • Install 7‑9 interior/exterior Ubiquiti cameras at each of three sites. • Provide and mount rack, network switch (USW‑Pro‑8‑PoE), cloud gateway, NVR (UNVR‑Pro), cellular WAN fail‑over (U5G‑Max‑Outdoor) and environmental sensor. • Run weather‑rated CAT‑6 cabling, conduit, and power connections; perform conduit installation and weather‑proofing. • Configure all devices, adopt them into the Ubiquiti management platform, and verify video, PoE, network, and fail‑over functionality. • Deliver complete documentation, labeling, and clean‑up; maintain compliance with local procurement preferences.
