Force Main Improvements in Sabella Park - REBID

The Township of North Brunswick is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the Schmidt Lane Pump Station Force Main located in Sabella Park. The project includes the cured-in-place lining of approximately 899 LF of existing 14” ductile iron pipe force main and the construction of approximately 40 LF of 14” D.I.P force main. The project also includes test pits, excavation, backfill, restoration, appurtenances, and all other work in accordance with the Contract Documents. • The bidder shall submit a bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000. • The bidder shall submit a Consent of Surety form with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price. • The bidder shall comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act. • The bidder shall provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the contract. • The bidder shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the New Jersey Worker and Community Right to Know Act.
