Description
The US FDA, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) is seeking a comprehensive preventive maintenance and unlimited repair agreement for an Analytik-Jena TOC Nitrogen Analyzer. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide annual scheduled preventive maintenance, on-site corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs. The contractor must also provide access to OEM technical developments, software and firmware updates, and priority technical support.
