Linear Infrastructure Design Basic Ordering Agreement

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is seeking proposals for a Linear Infrastructure Design Basic Ordering Agreement. The agreement will provide engineering services for water and sewer pipelines and appurtenances, including large meter vaults. The scope of work includes providing engineering services for existing and proposed systems. The proposal will be evaluated based on factors such as firm experience, staffing and resources, technical/project approach, and pricing. • The agreement will be for a period of time to be determined by the WSSC. • The WSSC reserves the right to award multiple contracts. • The proposal must include a technical proposal, a pricing proposal, and other required documents. • The WSSC will conduct a pre-bid meeting, which is non-mandatory. • The proposal submission deadline is December 22, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
