Agilent RapidFire 400 System Service Contract for the NICHD Mass Spectrometry Core Facility

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate and award a contract without providing for full and open competition to Agilent Technologies Inc. for the Agilent RapidFire 400 System Service Contract for the NICHD Mass Spectrometry Core Facility. The contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The NICHD Mass Spectrometry Core Facility provides analytical support for NIH intramural research programs, and the Agilent RapidFire 400 System is a critical instrument used for high-throughput sample analysis. • The contract is for the service and maintenance of the Agilent RapidFire 400 System. • The system is used for high-throughput sample analysis. • The contract is expected to be awarded without full and open competition. • Interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. • All responses must be received by August 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern time.
