Select herbicides for invasive plant control

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking bids for the purchase of herbicides and adjuvants for invasive plant control on statewide public conservation lands. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. The bidder must provide electronic copies of the current approved label for all products bid, and pricing shall be per unit (gallon) FOB destination. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularity in the submissions received in response to this ITB. • The bidder must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system and with SunBiz prior to the bid opening. • The bidder must provide a price for each year that a contract may be renewed. • The Commission encourages diversity in its procurement program and requests that all subcontracting opportunities afforded by this solicitation enthusiastically embrace diversity. • The bidder must submit all required technical, specification, and other supporting information with their bid. • The Commission reserves the right to inspect the prospective Contractor’s materials and background record prior to making an award of the Contract.
