Above Ground Construction Services Contract (CSC)

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking construction services to support its mission. The proposed contract will provide a means of executing construction efforts, including general test support, new construction, repair and maintenance of test structures and articles, and demolition and remediation on various test sites. The contract will include an initial ordering period of five years, with an option to extend for an additional five years. Each task order will have its own specific performance period, and the total estimated cost of the acquisition is $400M over a ten-year period. • The contract will include FAR clauses 52.246-4, 52.246-12, and 52.246-13. • The NAICS Code 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction best applies to this procurement. • The contract will be a 100% small business set-aside procurement. • A pre-proposal conference is scheduled to occur on or about March 12, 2026.
