Description
The Coweta County School System is requesting sealed proposals from General Contractors for Phase II Renovations to Thomas Crossroads Elementary School. The project includes construction work, and a mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00am on January 22, 2026, at Thomas Crossroads Elementary School. Proposals will be opened by the Review Committee and scored as outlined in the Instructions to Proposers. Some key requirements include a bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base bid, and performance and payment bonds in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum.
