Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a new UTV for the R13 Law Enforcement Subregion 8 FLEET. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the offeror must provide a quote that includes the price of the UTV, trade-in pickup, and delivery. The UTV must meet the salient characteristics specified in the solicitation, and the offeror must provide sufficient descriptive literature to demonstrate how the proposed product meets or exceeds the required characteristics. The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the Government, considering factors such as price, technical capability, and delivery.
• The UTV must meet or exceed all salient characteristics specified in the solicitation.
• The offeror must provide a firm-fixed price quote that is valid for at least 90 days.
• The contract will be awarded to the offeror that represents the best value to the Government.
• The USDA requires delivery of all items within 60 days of award.
• The offeror must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to submit an offer.
