The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to oversee the replacement of PET cyclotron equipment, encompassing all construction, engineering, and project management services required for the successful completion of this capital improvement. The contractor will be responsible for detailed design coordination, procurement, site preparation, construction, commissioning, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. • Scope includes complete construction management for a PET cyclotron equipment replacement project on the UAMS campus. • Contractor must provide qualifications in the format dictated by the response document and deliver a physical submission by September 16, 2026. • Emphasis on small, minority, and women‑owned business participation; subcontractors are encouraged to include those groups. • All documents are available via a Box link or by contacting the UAMS Planning, Design & Construction office. • Late submissions due to third‑party delivery will be rejected.
