SOURCES SOUGHT - Storm Drain Study Cantonment Area Phase 2

The United States Space Force is seeking sources capable of providing cleaning and surveying of storm drains across the Vandenberg Space Force Base cantonment area. The scope of work includes performing CCTV inspections, updating geospatial (GIS) data, providing drawings of the surveyed culverts, and delivering a comprehensive written study report. The contractor will be required to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the work. The contract will require the contractor to comply with various regulations and guidelines, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection. Some key aspects of the job include: • CCTV inspections of storm drains • Updating geospatial (GIS) data • Providing drawings of the surveyed culverts • Delivering a comprehensive written study report • Coordinating with the 30th Civil Engineer Squadron's Installation Management Flight (Environmental) • Complying with security regulations, including obtaining passes and badges • Working during Framelight periods, which may require adjustments to the work schedule • Providing a salvage plan and maintaining property control records • Submitting progress and completion pictures • Maintaining minimum insurance requirements • Complying with microbial remediation requirements, if applicable.
