Notice to Contractors - Landfill Scale House

This solicitation calls for the demolition of the existing scale house and truck scales at the Salina MSW Landfill, followed by the design‑build construction of a new scale house, two truck scales, and associated site improvements. The work includes full architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, concrete pavements, utility installations, erosion control, landscaping, and related infrastructure such as fencing, lighting, and signage.
