Wrought Iron Fencing Replacement Services

The City of Palmdale is seeking bids for the replacement of wrought iron fencing at various locations. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of approximately 1626 linear feet of wrought iron fencing, including posts, footings, and double access gates, as well as the installation of concrete mow curbing. The contractor will be required to coordinate a pre-construction meeting, respond to emails and phone calls, and submit a project schedule. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The project requires a California Class C-13 Fencing Contractor’s license. • The contractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements and provide proof of registration with the Department of Industrial Relations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond and payment bond. • The contract will be for a period of 120 days. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received.
