Rowan University seeks a single‑prime vendor to provide comprehensive after‑hours telephone answering services for its Rowan‑Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine. The contractor must answer 100 % of after‑hours calls within one minute, route calls to the appropriate on‑call clinician, maintain HIPAA‑compliant data handling, and deliver daily searchable call‑summary reports. Multilingual live operators (English + Spanish at minimum) and bonded, background‑checked staff are required; subcontracting of the core answering function is prohibited. The contract is a one‑year base term with up‑to‑two optional one‑year renewals.
