Gym Ceiling and Light Project

The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is requesting quotations for construction works on the Gym Ceiling and lights project. The project involves carrying out works as fully described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) to cover the Gym Ceiling and Corridor Outside Gym. The place of performance is at the Markey National Court Complex in Washington, D.C. • The contractor shall use and maintain a written inspection or quality control system acceptable to the judiciary for the products under this contract. • The contractor shall tender for acceptance only those products and/or services that conform to the requirements of this contract. • The judiciary reserves the right to inspect or test any products or services that have been tendered for acceptance. • The contractor shall provide and maintain during the entire performance of this contract, at least the following kinds and minimum amounts of insurance: Workman's Compensation and Employee's Liability Insurance, Automobile Liability Insurance, and General Liability Insurance.
