The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a Washington‑state‑licensed engineering firm to develop complete, stamped design drawings and specifications for a full roof replacement of the Keller Community Center (≈ 10,000 sq ft). The scope includes engineered drawings, cost estimates, asbestos guidance, HVAC curbing verification, ladder design, and coordination with the construction contractor. The contractor will also assist in preparing the construction‑phase RFP and must provide three hard‑copy print sets.
