Flooring BPA

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide flooring supplies and installation services at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform carpet installation and/or removal services. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a maximum purchase limit of $25,000 per individual purchase. The contractor will be required to provide a price list and to submit a summary invoice at least monthly or upon expiration of the BPA. The Government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical acceptability, and experience.
