Request for Proposals- PMRE Emulsion and Fog Seal

The Lake County Department of Public Works is seeking proposals for the procurement of approximately 750 tons of PMRE chip seal oil and 250 tons of FOG Seal. The proposer must have the ability to deliver and spread the emulsion to various locations within Lake County. Proposals are due by April 17, 2026, and should be emailed to Scott Hornung.
