Description
The City of Boston, acting through the Boston Fire Department, is seeking bids for elevator services. The contract will involve providing monthly inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs for elevators at various Boston Fire Department locations. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2029.
• The services will include all required equipment and materials.
• The contract will be awarded in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled "Elevator Services for BFD".
• Bids must be submitted through the City of Boston's Supplier Portal.
• The contract is subject to all applicable provisions of law, including M.G.L. Chapter 149.
