Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Military Division is seeking a qualified contractor to repair the southern exterior staircase at the Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ‑MA) on Hanscom Air Force Base. The work includes removal and replacement of spalling concrete steps, repair of displaced masonry blocks, replacement or refurbishment of rusting handrails with integrated LED lighting, and associated drainage and grading corrections. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and safety measures, comply with prevailing‑wage requirements, submit weekly certified payroll, and hold appropriate liability insurance and bonds. A site visit is scheduled for October 21 2026; bids are due electronically by October 30 2026.
