Flash Point Tester

The US Air Force is seeking a Pensky-Martens Flash Point Tester PMA 500 to perform mandatory quality control procedures for testing fuel flash points. The equipment must meet specific standards, including ASTM D56, D93, D3828, and D7236, as well as IP standards 160, 523, and 534. The instrument must be capable of high-precision flash point testing of petroleum products and have a minimum 10-year shelf life or operational life expectancy. The government intends to request quotes directly from at least three sources and issue an award to the offeror representing the best value.
