Description
The Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District is seeking quotations from qualified vendors to provide swimming pool and surge tank repairs and replacement services at George R. Austin Intermediate School. The scope of work includes repairing the existing concrete balance tank, installing a water chemistry and equipment room controller, repairing and replacing balance tank plumbing, and performing other tasks to make the pool functional again. The project requires prevailing wage to be paid for all work associated with it. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for April 14, 2026, and all bidder questions are due by April 13, 2026.
• Repair of the existing concrete balance tank

• Power washing and acid cleaning of the pool walls and floor
• Grouting of pool lane tiles and end marks
