Eddy Hall Renovation

The University of Minnesota is seeking architectural design services for the renovation of Eddy Hall, a historic building on the Twin Cities campus. The project involves an extensive interior gut and remodeling of all floors, replacement of mechanical and electrical systems, and upgrades to meet accessibility requirements. The selected respondent will provide professional design services, including predesign, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.
