The Government Publishing Office (GPO) on behalf of the Department of the Army seeks a vendor to produce 756,000 DD Form 1574‑style serviceable tags. Each tag is 6¼ × 3⅛ in, printed double‑sided in Pantone 115 yellow ink, mounted on high‑finish white paper (JCP Spec P10, 15‑pt), and includes a drilled 3/16‑in hole reinforced with hard‑fiber patches, a metal eyelet, and a 12‑in cotton string.
