The Information Technology Department is seeking a vendor to deliver ad hoc expert Genesys Cloud professional services to support, optimize, and evolve the state's contact center environment. The selected vendor will provide professional services on an as-needed basis to ensure the contact center operates efficiently and effectively. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing expert Genesys Cloud professional services
• Supporting and optimizing the contact center environment
• Evolving the contact center to meet changing needs
• Delivering services on an as-needed basis
