The City of Manhattan is seeking sealed bids to renovate the Blue Earth water feature located in the city’s park system. The contract covers complete removal, repair, and replacement of existing components and installation of new equipment to restore full functionality and aesthetic appeal. • Mobilization and site setup (1 LS) • Remove existing limestone stepping stones (1 LS) • Remove decorative boulders and cap plumbing (6 EA) • Powder‑coat and replace damaged trench grates on west side of stream (1 LS) • Replace decorative concrete border lids (14 EA) and border‑jet equipment (14 EA) • Replace water‑feature controller (1 LS) The work must be completed within a 90‑calendar‑day time limit and complies with city, state, and federal non‑discrimination requirements.
