The United States Air Force is seeking innovative commercial solutions to support the Secretary of the Air Force Concepts Development and Management (SAF/CDM) in various areas, including Agile Refactoring and Integration (AR&I). The goal is to modernize the Air Force's Human Resources enterprise by refactoring legacy systems into modern, secure, and sustainable SaaS portfolios. The Air Force is looking for vendors with expertise in areas such as application refactoring and modernization, DevSecOps, human-centered design, enterprise integration, and data migration.
• The Air Force is seeking solutions that can reduce technical debt and improve the user experience.
• Vendors must demonstrate the capability to deploy and manage components requiring higher security controls.
• The solution's baseline operational environment will be DoW IL5 with scalability to IL6.
• The Air Force anticipates making multiple awards under the Federal Acquisition Regulations or via Other Transaction Agreement authority.
