The US Air Force is conducting a market survey to identify capable sources that can provide high-performance, high-channel-density Software Defined Radios (SDRs) to serve as a laboratory baseline for complex electronic warfare algorithms. The SDR platform must be a single, monolithic COTS device meeting specific salient characteristics, including direct RF sampling, channel density, instantaneous bandwidth, frequency range, and phase stability.
