NASA Unified Network and Navigation Operations (UN2O)

NASA is seeking contract support to provide operations, maintenance, and sustainment for the existing networks as they transition and integrate new capabilities. The contract will include support for two areas: NSN and DSN operations within the continental United States as well as selected DSN global logistics activities. The contractor will play a key role in enabling SCaN’s continued evolution toward a more reliable, efficient, and innovative network. • The NSN provides communication and navigation services for missions in the near-space region. • The DSN provides communication and navigation services for the deep space region. • The contractor will be responsible for integrating new missions, new providers, and new services into the SCaN One Network. • The contractor will track key performance indicators on network performance. • The contractor will provide operations, maintenance, and sustainment for the networks and their evolution toward a future architectural vision.
