RFI Natural Gas Generator System for Facility Backup Power

TARTA is seeking information and preliminary cost estimates from qualified contractors and suppliers for the future procurement and installation of a natural gas generator system. This system must provide full backup power to TARTA’s main facility in the event of a power outage. The system should also have potential for future scalability as TARTA's electrical demands and usage evolve. • The contractor must comply with various federal requirements, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Clean Air Act, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. • The contractor must also comply with the Buy America requirements and the Cargo Preference requirements. • The contractor must provide a performance bond and a payment bond. • The contractor must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act.
