Bond Disclosure Counsel Services

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking a bond disclosure counsel to provide legal services related to the issuance of municipal revenue bonds. The selected firm will be required to have considerable experience in services related to the issuance of municipal revenue bonds and the requirements for bond disclosure counsel, tax counsel, and legal advice. The firm will be responsible for providing bond disclosure counsel services, including issuing a legal assessment regarding the legitimacy of the bonds. The contract term is March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2031, with one two-year renewal option. The authority anticipates its next planned bond issuance in Fiscal Year 2026.
