J045--DC VAMC TAB DEFICIENCY REPORT AND REPAIRS

The Washington DC VA Medical Center is seeking responses from entities interested in providing services to investigate and report on deficiencies identified in a Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) report. The contractor will be required to review the TAB report, develop a comprehensive investigation plan, physically inspect and assess each identified room, and provide recommendations for repairs, possible replacements, or cost analysis reports. The work must be performed at the Washington DC VAMC, and the contractor must comply with all VA, OSHA, and local safety requirements. The period of performance for this project shall not exceed 45 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must have demonstrated experience with hospital HVAC and mechanical systems inspection TAB process and reporting. • All work must be performed by appropriately licensed and certified personnel. • The contractor must provide a document based on the scope of work within 5 business days of Notice to Proceed. • The contractor must comply with all VA security and infection control protocols. • The work must be scheduled in coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative to minimize disruption to patient care.
