Description
The City of Rocky Mount is seeking a contractor to perform home repairs for moderate-income homeowners. The scope of work includes HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, and roofing repairs. The contractor will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit. The project is supported by the 2023-2025 Biennium Appropriation of the NC General Assembly State Grant.
