Large Animal Ultrasound

The University of Minnesota is seeking proposals for an ultrasound unit with excellent capabilities of performing cardiac as well as getting ultrasound images of all large animal species including horses, cows, sheep, camelids, goats, and pigs. The unit will be used at the Large Animal Hospital at the University of MN Veterinary Hospital. Respondents are required to submit their proposals online, and all materials submitted in response to this RFP become the property of the University. The University may reject any or all proposals, and the award of a contract will be based on the most advantageous proposal to the University. Key considerations include the quality of the ultrasound unit, the respondent's qualifications, and the price. • The RFP includes detailed instructions for respondents, including requirements for submitting questions, proposals, and attachments. • The University reserves the right to request oral presentations, site visits, or testing of the proposed ultrasound unit. • The contract will be governed by the terms and conditions included in the RFP or additional negotiated terms and conditions.
