Rose Garden Party Fundraising and Donor Relations

The City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide fundraising, sponsorship, and donor management services for the 2026 Rose Garden Party. This event is the Department's signature annual benefit supporting ParkARTS, which funds free arts and cultural programming in Boston’s parks. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering various services, including project initiation and fundraising plan, sponsor outreach launch, mid-campaign progress review, sponsorship recognition and event preparation, final event coordination and on-site support, and post-event stewardship and reporting.
