The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District seeks a single‑firm‑fixed‑price contractor to design, construct, and commission a new ten‑story Air Traffic Control (ATC) tower at Fort Riley, Kansas, and to demolish the existing tower. The scope includes all civil‑engineering work (foundations, steel framing, masonry, roofing), mechanical/electrical systems, fire protection, HVAC, telecommunications, elevator, utility connections, site grading, sidewalks, and access roads. The contractor must also coordinate utility relocations and bear associated costs, with reimbursement adjustments reflected in the contract sum.
