Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Ottawa County. The work includes carpentry, masonry and plaster, sheetmetal and gutters, and must be completed within 5 working days. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must be TERO certified to receive preference.
• The bidder must complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up.
• The bidder must provide proof of TERO certification.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American provisions.
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates.
• The bidder must warranty their work for a period of one year.
