GLOBAL CIVIL NUCLEAR ENERGY DESK STUDY SERIES

The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is seeking a contractor to provide services under a non-personal services Desk Study (DS) contract to support its decision-making related to the funding of project development activities in the civil nuclear energy sector. The contractor will support U.S. government initiatives and USTDA engagement globally by informing agency decision-making and program design for proposed activities in eligible developing and middle-income markets globally. The contractor will meet with prospective grantees and consult with U.S. companies interested in projects. The scope of work includes evaluating projects across the civil nuclear energy sector, developing budgets and terms of reference for each activity, and providing technical expertise.
