Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to lease approximately 22,000 square feet of contiguous climate-controlled warehouse space in Louisville, KY. The space must be existing, located on no more than one floor, with two to three loading docks, and be handicap accessible. On-site parking must have approximately 15-20 parking spaces and bicycle parking within 0.1 miles of the building. The lease term is for 10 years, and the government is limited by law to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
